Individual Counseling

I see adults (ages 18+) with the following concerns: trauma, anxiety, ADHD, eating disorders, perinatal health, high sensitivity, identity development, life transitions, gender and sexuality. My Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) training is in its final stages (certification expected 2023) and I have extensive experience with sub-clinical presentations related to the above conditions.
